BBL performed design services to develop up to three new buildings for the Union Prairie Business Park. The site was located on a 7.38 acre parcel zoned light industrial, and was developed in phases.

The first phase was a new 15,000 sf building and included the design and construction documents. Our design encompassed spacious offices and an elegant foyer showcasing a central gas fireplace and welcoming seating. The support spaces included a kitchen facility and a meeting/training room with lots of natural light and the latest acoustics.

Natural elements and colors were used for the façade and a water feature was included in the landscaping.
