BBL developed the design standards, conditions and restrictions for the Cold Creek Industrial Park which were included in the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs). We then designed two of the buildings within the industrial park, an office/warehouse for J.R. Merit Construction and an office/warehouse for the Clark County Food Bank.
Both buildings are cast-in-place concrete and wood framed. They consist of large warehouses with carefully considered office spaces, built to suit. The Food Bank includes a large conference room with a full kitchen for public food demonstrations and education.
Because BBL closely managed the costs for both projects, additional finishes could be included. Along with well-designed buildings, landscapes were thoughtfully tailored to be practical and yet beautiful, resulting in industrial buildings that are distinctive.
