Cascade Summit Professional Building is well positioned in the heart of West Linn, OR. Surrounded by tree-lined streets this 16,000 sq ft Professional Building serves medical and commercial office needs while featuring extensive views of Mt. Hood. Unlike most office buildings, this upscale space offers vaulted ceilings and natural day lighting in most spaces. It also offers inviting views into the reception area of each tenant space with floor to ceiling glazing. Additional corridor enhancements include alcove access into tenant spaces highlighted with skylights and 8’ high fully glazed doors to further direct light into the core spaces of the building. After the completion of construction of the Tanner Basin Office Complex we were commissioned by the City of West Linn to perform space planning and interior design services for a new City Hall within one of the two buildings.  The resultant tenant improvements created a highly functional City Hall to support city services by providing a comfortable work environment for staff and by providing flexible meeting spaces for public meetings and hearings.
