The College of Business is currently housed in Bexell Hall, a 4-story facility requiring a major renovation to serve the needs of its educational programs. Our firm worked closely with the College to formulate a strategy for improving the facility to fit the current and future needs of students, faculty and staff. This planning project identifies a series of upgrades including remodeling the entire interior of the building in 2 phases and an addition that would double the size of the facility.

Project scope includes a new main entry plaza, re-configuring internal circulation, new office suites for faculty, staff and student interaction, flexible lecture labs, and a multi-purpose student commons. The remodel also includes the modification and refurbishing of existing classrooms, and the expansion of facilities with an addition to the North side of the building. Maintenance improvements included seismic upgrades, re-roofing, window replacement and re-pointing of brick masonry.

Once the design was approved by the college we produced fund-raising materials including project renderings, an estimated cost and projected schedule.
